Our return/exchange window is 14 days. To be eligible, you MUST return the package to us within this timeframe, starting from the moment your order is delivered. For example, if you contact us on day 14 but ship the return on day 15, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE.
