Return/Exchange Duration and Eligibility

Our return/exchange window is 7 days. To be eligible, you MUST return the package to us within this timeframe, starting from the moment your order is delivered. For example, if you contact us on day 7 but ship the return on day 8, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact and without any damage to the clothing.
  • Returns and exchanges will be processed only after the items have been received and inspected by our team.

  • For customers in all countries, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take a few business days to reflect in your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 07-day window. Once we receive and review the product for exchange, we will ship out the replacement item.
